These Terms of Service govern your use of DoodleMe, a mobile photo-to-image generation app MVP.

DoodleMe is a working product name for the current MVP. This document is the canonical MVP Terms of Service for DoodleMe. App surfaces, web mirrors, release metadata, and support references should align with this document instead of maintaining separate contractual wording.

Scope

These Terms cover the current MVP release only. They do not grant or describe access to features that are outside the MVP scope, including no accounts, community, or creator profile features, history feeds, marketplace surfaces, or long-term cloud media libraries.

Eligibility and Use

You may use DoodleMe only if you can form a binding agreement under the laws that apply to you. You are responsible for the photos you submit, the generated outputs you save or share, and your use of the app.

You must not use DoodleMe to violate law, infringe another person's rights, or submit content you do not have permission to use. You must not attempt to misuse, overload, reverse engineer, disrupt, or bypass the MVP's generation, billing, or relay boundaries.

What The Service Does

DoodleMe lets you choose a source photo from your device and request one generated image result through a relay-backed provider path. The MVP is designed around a simple one-tap generation flow and may change, pause, or limit features as the product evolves.

DoodleMe does not promise an on-device-only generation workflow. Generation requests are processed through networked relay and provider infrastructure.

Free Trial and Subscriptions

The MVP includes two successful free generations per installation. A failed provider or storage attempt does not consume a successful-result allowance, but dispatched attempts and temporary operational limits can still pause free generation while usage is reconciled.

After the free trial is exhausted, DoodleMe may offer:

• a weekly subscription for USD 5.99 with up to 60 successful results per paid period
• a monthly subscription for USD 19.99 with up to 180 successful results per paid period

Each active Premium plan also has a limit of 20 successful results per UTC day. Allowances do not roll over between paid periods. The app shows the current remaining allowance and reset information before generation. Opening, downloading, or recovering an already completed result does not consume another allowance.

Pricing, renewal, cancellation, billing, refund handling, and restore behavior are managed through the applicable app store and the app's billing infrastructure. Availability of any weekly subscription or monthly subscription offer may vary by release state, platform review, or storefront configuration.

Cancelling renewal preserves access through the confirmed paid period. A confirmed renewal starts a fresh allowance; a scheduled plan change, restore, or access extension alone does not create a second allowance. Grace-period access uses the previous period's remaining allowance until grace ends. Refunds follow the confirmed store and RevenueCat access state and do not refill used allowances.

You are responsible for reviewing the current in-app paywall before purchasing. These Terms do not promise account-based subscription transfer features that are outside the MVP scope.

Generated Outputs and Your Responsibility

You are responsible for how you use, save, share, or distribute generated outputs. DoodleMe does not guarantee that outputs will be accurate, unique, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular commercial, legal, or safety-critical use.

You should review outputs before relying on them or sharing them publicly.

Availability and Changes

DoodleMe is an MVP and may be modified, suspended, rate-limited, or discontinued at any time. Features, pricing surfaces, generation providers, and availability may change without creating an obligation to preserve any specific preview or experimental behavior.

Third-Party Services

The MVP depends on third-party infrastructure for app distribution, billing, relay hosting, and image generation processing. Those providers may have their own terms, policies, or operational limits that apply to the parts of the service they operate.

Disclaimers

DoodleMe is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. DoodleMe disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability except where such disclaimers are not allowed.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, DoodleMe and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, goodwill, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of the MVP.

Termination

DoodleMe may suspend or stop providing access to the MVP if you misuse the service, create operational risk, or violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time.

Changes To These Terms

DoodleMe may update these Terms as the MVP changes. When the canonical terms change, this document should be updated and carry a new "Last updated" date.
